Starting in early 2025, Helix Academy will be accepting enrollment applications for our inaugural class of K-2 students. Each year, we will add one grade until we form a K-5 school in the 2028-2029 school year.
Our program is specially designed for neurodivergent, gifted, and twice-exceptional students, but everyone is welcome.
For the 2025-2026 school year, students born between October 10, 2017 and October 10, 2020 are welcome to apply.

Admissions Process
Our admissions process is an opportunity for you to learn more about Helix, and for our staff to learn about your family. This process occurs in four steps:
1. Informational Phone Call - Contact us today to schedule a call with our founder, Katie. Ask all of your most pressing questions, and tell us a bit about your child.
2. Campus Tour - Bring the whole family to visit our campus! Give your child a chance to get to know our school and staff, and address any lingering questions.
3. Enrollment Contract - Ready to go ahead? We'll provide you with our handbook and enrollment contract to review. Sign the contract, pay a $500 deposit, and you are ready to begin!
4. Refer Your Friends - The long-term success of Helix depends on building enrollment. You can help by spreading the word! Any family who refers a new student will receive a $500 credit on their next session. Your friend will also receive a $250 discount as a welcome gift!
Tuition and Fees
At Helix Academy, our school year is split into four sessions of approximately nine weeks each.
The costs of each session are as follows:
Full-time Tuition: $6,000/session OR $24,000/year
Half-time (AM or PM): $3,500/session OR $14,000/year
3 Days On: $4,000/session OR $16,000/year
2 Days On: $2,750/session OR $11,000/year
All field trips, supplies, and activities are included in tuition.
Discounts:
Refer a friend and receive a $500 credit of your next session. Your friend also receives a $250 welcome gift!
Partial scholarships are available, and considered on a case-by-case basis. If you would like to be considered for a scholarship, please mention this during your informational phone call.
